I was recently commissioned by RAF to make a memorial to RAF Medical Services memorial at the National Arboretum in Staffordshire. I designed and produced a 8 feet tall Welsh slate and glass standing stone. The letters were hand carved into the Welsh slate and the lettering and emblem was blasted into glass at the head of the Welsh slate. It is a very dramatic piece and very interesting to produce at my Bolter End Dovecot Studio workshop.
