Hand carved lettering at The British Museum by Martin Cook

Martin Cook was commissioned by Sir Norman Foster to design and create the hand carved lettering at the British Museum.

The hand carved lettering covers the Reading Room drum, the walls and the inlaid floor at the British Museum. The hand carving took over five months to complete.

The work was completed on time by Martin and his team of seven hand picked carvers.
