Last year Martin met a client at Hampton Court Flower Show.  This client lived very close to Hampton Court in an old listed cottage.  Originally there had been a large wall sundial on the front face of the cottage, unfortunately it was mindlessly stolen.  Martin was commissioned to recreate the original dial from old photographs.  [...]

Hand carved relief green slate standing stones for Little Missenden Church

Martin is currently working on a cumbrian green slate panel of standing stones for little missenden churchyard. You can see martin beautiful hand drawn design for the piece. The tree of life and the verse are all hand carved in the traditional way with hammer and chisel.

Monument to Lord Mountbatten, Downing Street

   Martin was recently commissioned by Downing Street to carve 4 portland stone panels commemorating the life of Lord Mountbatten. The plaque were unveiled last week by the daughter of Lord Mountbatten.  The event was attended by Downing Street staff and members of the family.
